SEATTLE, April 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Bag Borrow or Steal, the online destination for luxury handbag and accessory rentals just made it easier for customers to "borrow" a bag while on the go, with the launch of its new mobile site. Bag Borrow or Steal is the first online fashion experience retailer to provide a mobile site for customers.

"Our customer feedback indicated we needed to take a closer look at streamlining the on-the-go shopping experience and we quickly responded to make improvements," said Bag Borrow or Steal's CEO Russell Blain. "We knew we needed to keep things simple, and designed the mobile site to make researching and purchasing easy." The new mobile site is the first that delivers mobile luxury in this category.
The mobile site is the latest of a series of changes the e-tailer has implemented this year. The company strategically decided to open borrowing access by removing the membership model of 8 years. There is now no membership fee. Additionally, insurance is now included in the rental price instead of an additional fee, and shipping is now free –two more reasons for customers to enjoy an easy fashion experience. "One price covers everything*. We removed extraneous sales barriers, and reduced any concern about normal wear and tear. We believe we're on track to really grow our business in the next 12 months or so," says Russell Blain.
Founded in 2004, Bag Borrow or Steal offers unprecedented rental access to the world's most desired collection of authentic luxury designer handbags, jewelry, watches and sunglasses via its website bagborroworsteal.com. Featured brands include Burberry; Chanel; Chloe; Coach; Fendi; Gucci; Hermes; Louis Vuitton; Prada; and many others.
About Bag Borrow or Steal
In addition to Bag Borrow or Steal's rental business, Bag Borrow or Steal's Private Sale site (bbosprivatesale.com) was launched in 2010, and has quickly established itself as the premier fashion website for purchasing gently used authentic designer accessories.
The company frequently adds new inventory to its already coveted collection, and continues to grow its customer base and loyal following from within the fashion industry and beyond.
