Leading Customer Experience Analytics provider shares Customer Lifecycle Management best practice and knowledge at TM Forum's European Conference
Espoo, Finland - May 2nd, 2012: Aito Technologies, the leading provider of customer experience analytics (CEA) for communications service providers, today announced its presence at TM Forum's Management World conference in Dublin later this month.
Conference delegates at this year's conference will be able to experience the latest version of Aito's product, Aito CEA 5, at Aito's booth (#60) and see how it uniquely unifies business, network, product and customer data for real-time analysis, discovery and reporting. Aito CEA experts at the show will be on hand to describe how Aito's customers have deployed the product out-of-the-box in weeks, not months, and discuss the improvements these users have seen to their business, operations, product, sales, marketing and customer care performance.
Anssi Tauriainen, Aito Technologies' CEO, commented: "Since our debut at this conference last year, we have experienced spectacular growth in our business and a rapid increase in the adoption of Aito CEA. We are very excited to return to the show this year and have the opportunity to demonstrate the latest version of our product and share how our newest customers are benefitting from customer experience analytics to maximise customer experience and lifetime value."
