Param 24-7 XS was selected because it has developed systems that provide a solution to the challenges of urban transformation in the real estate sector. “We are privileged to be one of only four companies being sponsored by Barcelona Activa. Our selection is an affirmation of the innovative solution we have brought to the Smart City concept by enabling access to properties at any time, day or night,” said André Vanyi-Robin, Chief Executive Officer.

The Company’s integrated systems improve the efficiency of gaining entry by:

• Allowing remote and secure opening of any door using a mobile phone
• Providing audit trails with respect to all traffic in and out of properties
