Connectyx Technologies Announces Letter of Intent With Business Process Outsourcer, iVox Solutions, LLC

CTYX Management Expects to Meet 2013 Revenue Goal Exceeding $3 Million

STUART, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 11/08/12 -- Connectyx Technologies Holdings Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CTYX), www.connectyx.com, a Healthcare Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company with personal healthcare product offerings, announced today that as a result of their networking Call Center Team, its company has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with iVox Solutions, LLC of Palm City, Florida, another BPO company which will result in servicing new business in the travel, telecom and healthcare sectors. iVox Solutions has over three hundred (300) telemarketing agents that service consumers in the Telecom customer support vertical.

Connectyx Technologies and iVox Solutions will be jointly promoting Medical Alert US, the Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS) known as Life Control, and the MedFlash, the personal health and wellness solution, through iVox's call centers. iVox also targets the Hispanic marketplace with bi-lingual callers. The two companies will share in all revenues generated as a result of the joint venture.
