About the Lawsuit

Envivio and certain of its senior executives are charged with issuing a series of materially false and misleading statements, during the Class Period, in violation of federal securities laws.

On August 13, 2012, shares of Envivio fell 56% after the Company disclosed that its revenues for the second quarter were substantially below guidance. Thereafter, on September 6, 2012, after Envivio announced second quarter results and disappointing guidance, Company shares fell an additional 20%, to just $2.15 per share -- a 76% decline compared to Envivio's $9.00 IPO price.
