Prosperous Agriculture Receives High Attention at the China Phosphate Fertilizer and Compound Fertilizer Conference

SHENZHEN, China, Nov. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Uni Core Holdings Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: UCHC), a Hong Kong based holding company, is excited to report that Shaanxi Prosperous Agriculture Company Limited ("Prosperous Agriculture"), one of UCHC's subsidiaries, participated in the China Phosphate Fertilizer and Compound Fertilizer Conference jointly with Luxi Chemical Co. Ltd. ("Luxi Chemical") on November 9, 2012. Prosperous Agriculture and Luxi Chemical jointly launched "Luxi Shou Er", a new fertilizer compound containing Phyllite energy substance. "Luxi Shou Er" was highly recognized by more than a thousand customers and immediately raised the attention to this new product.

China Phosphate Fertilizer and Compound Fertilizer Conference is the largest annual domestic agricultural industry conference for manufacturers. It was held in the Weifang City of Shandong Province this year. Prosperous Agriculture participated with a team of twelve and grandly introduced at the Luxi booth with Luxi Chemical the "Luxi Shou Er" compound fertilizer, a product jointly developed by Prosperous Agriculture, Luxi Chemical, JEWON of South Korea, and RDS Solution of Japan, and exclusively distributed by Prosperous Agriculture nationally.
