The company's (PINKSHEETS:RHCO) subsidiary Yomobile, announced today in exchange for the earlier agreement signed on november 6 for the distribution of a new revolutionary SIM card for the international mobile communication industry. Yomobile will start a joined venture with vincon industries to start their own GLOBAL SIM under the name SKYGLOBAL SIM and will be in stores in the first quarter of 2013.
