Cell phone tower owners have large fleets of mobile generators stored in yards available for rapid deployment when outages occur that outlast the 4-8 hour life of cellular tower onsite batteries.  These fleets sit for extended periods exposed to weather elements that can contribute to their failure when they are called into action.  The G8700 low power system allows the user to remotely monitor crucial data points including the two most important points: battery strength and fuel level.
