SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Sincerely Inc., the creator of consumer apps Ink Cards, Postagram, Sesame and PopBooth, is offering last-minute shoppers the opportunity to send a thoughtful Ink Card to a loved one by Christmas Day.
Ink Cards in a free app that enables consumers to send customized greeting cards with personal notes and pictures through the mail from a mobile phone or tablet. Without having to go to a crowded mall or spending countless hours shopping online for last-minute deals, consumers can send an Ink Card with just a few clicks:
Using the Promo Code, www.sincerely.com/promo/inkholiday, consumers will receive 10 free Sincerely credits which is good for a free Ink Card.
"I began Sincerely with a mission to help the world become a more thoughtful place. Though we encourage people to keep that spirit all year long, we're happy to offer last minute shoppers—like myself—the opportunity to send Ink Cards to the people they love most this Holiday season," Matt Brezina, CEO of Sincerely Inc. explains.
Sincerely also conducted an experiment to determine how much time people can save by buying their Holiday greeting cards from their mobile devices, opposed to the more traditional way of buying cards from a drugstore and then going to the Post Office to mail them. Sincerely enlisted Exec and TaskRabbit, two companies that run task and errand services, to conduct the study. Their task was to buy and send five greeting cards the traditional way and five the Ink way. The results? They saved an average of one hour by using Ink: 82 minutes the old way and only 22 minutes the Ink way.
Visit Sincerely's Blog to see the experiment's findings.
Ink Cards is free to download at the Apple Store and each card costs $1.99 per card for shipping in the U.S. and $2.99 internationally. This includes customization and postage. Cards take approximately 5 business days to arrive in the mail from the date of order.
