Cette étude révèle que les avocats-conseils et les responsables de la conformité mettent toujours l'accent sur les efficacités accrues de leur service et une meilleure gestion des coûts. La nécessité de 'faire plus avec moins' reste la priorité numéro un pour la plupart des dirigeants juridiques et de la conformité interrogés.

Inculquer une culture de la conformité à l'échelle de l'entreprise arrive deuxième dans le classement des priorités, avec 79 % des avocats-conseils et responsables de la conformité mentionnant la conformité comme un élément principal actuellement.
