POSSIBLE und Fox Digital Entertainment lancieren Mobilspiel DIE HARD für iOS-, Android- und Kindle-Fire-Plattformen

POSSIBLE, ein Unternehmen von WPP Digital, und Fox Digital Entertainment haben heute die Freigabe des neuen Handyspiels DIE HARD auf iOS- und Android-Plattformen sowie auf Kindle von Amazon angekündigt. Das Spiel, das auf dem Actionfilm „STIRB LANGSAM – EIN GUTER TAG ZUM STERBEN“ von Twentieth Century Fox mit Bruce Willis und Jai Courtney in den Hauptrollen beruht, kombiniert die besten Elemente der Endless-Runner- und Ego-Shooter-Genres in einem spannenden neuen Format – dem „Endless Shooter“. Die App kostet 0,99 US-Dollar auf iOS und Amazon und ist auf Android kostenlos zu haben.

Für die App wandte sich Fox Digital Entertainment an das zu POSSIBLE gehörende Unternehmen Goroid, das mit TheEndApp bereits ein Endless-Runner-Spiel entwickelt hat, das sowohl auf iOS als auch auf Android unter die Top 10 gekommen ist. Für DIE HARD lautete die Aufgabe, eine App zu entwickeln, deren Spielmechanik und Einstellung dem unverwechselbaren Charakter der STIRB LANGSAM-Filmreihe mit dem Originalhelden John McClane und dem neuen Protagonisten Jack McClane entspricht. Anders als beim Endless-Runner-Genre, wo der Spieler von gefährlichen Situationen flieht, geht er in DIE HARD frontal und in Ich-Perspektive auf Action- und Kampfszenen zu und nimmt es mit seinen Gegnern auf.
