("Woulfe" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:WOF)(OTCQX:WFEMF)(FRANKFURT:OZ4) announces today that Brian and Amelia Wesson have resigned from their positions as directors of the Company and as its President and Chief Executive Officer and VP of Business Administration, respectively, in order to pursue other opportunities.
The Company thanks Mr. and Ms. Wesson for their extensive contributions to the Company over the last three years in advancing the Sangdong project and wishes them continued success.
